Stephen Scheffler- Principal

The founder of K.S. Specialties, Steve pioneered the use of independent Food Brokers for Amazon.com®'s new Grocery Division.  Under his leadership, K.S. Specialties has experienced triple digit growth in each of the first 5 years it has been business.

Working with Amazon, Steve successfully developed unique product management tools to track key business elements and created logistic processes that have helped manufacturers of over 700 products achieve incremental growth in sales and profits.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University, and played professionally for 7 seasons in the National Basketball Association.

Cary Marsh

Cary has over 30 years of experience in management, planning, training, and process improvement in very demanding environments. 

He is a retired 20 year veteran Air Force Pilot and Operations/Training commander, and he has held senior positions in Fortune 500 corporations and with a management consulting company.

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Cary also holds a Masters In Management Degree from Purdue University.

Sandy Fisher Khalid

With over 10 years experience as an office manager and administrative assistant, Sandy's responsibilities include Sales Administration and Account Management.

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State College.

Dan Rocco

Dan is retired from the food industry after a career spanning 33 years, 28 of those managing and selling European gourmet and natural food products.

As a regional sales manager, Dan oversaw all business activity west of the Mississippi River, achieving substantial distribution, growth and profits for his company. His sales responsibilities included managing independent food brokers, as well as selling and managing as many as 75 brands, encompassing hundreds of items.

Dan has a broad understanding of the food industry, is self-motivated and organized and is enthusiastic about assisting you in growing your company’s business through KS Specialties and Amazon.com.
